GOR-members: 175 Euro
Non-members: 275 Euro
Reduced fees (students, retirees, etc.): 40 Euro
Members of Saarland University: 40 Euro

Cancellations & Refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of a cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations before 1 July 2007 -> full refund of the registration fee less a handling fee of 30 EUR
Cancellations after 1 July 2007 -> no refund
Students will get full refund

Registration

During the informal get together and the conference there will be a conference desk in the foyer of building B4 1.

Opening hours

Tuesday 4th September: 17:00 – 21:00 (Informal get together)
Wednesday 5th September: 8:00 – 19:00
Thursday 6th September: 8:00 – 18:00
Friday 7th September: 8:00 – 15:30

Lunch

We recommend the canteen of Saarland University (Mensa) for lunch. Due to a special agreement we are able to offer the participants a menu for 5,00 EUR (per meal). Corresponding vouchers can be bought at the conference desk.

Moreover, several restaurants and bars are located on the Saarbrücken Campus. Further information on these can be found on the web site

Internet

Participants of the conference will be able to use the wireless LAN of Saarland University. Further information about accessibility and where PCs with an internet connection will be located will be given in the Conference Guide.

Ticket for public transport

A ticket which allows the free use of all kind of public transport in the city will be sent to every participant of the conference. This ticket will be valid for 4th to 7th of September.
